Package Runner

This is a part-time position. The pay is $17.95 per hour. The shifts offered are Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-6pm.

An NFC Package Runner ensures exceptional service to all residents and their guests. The Package Runner is responsible for delivering packages to the front door of the unit owner/tenant while upholding our 5-Diamond Customer Service Standard and carrying out all workplace expectations and policies.

Reports To: The Package Runner reports directly to the Front Desk Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities (include but not limited to the following)

  • Receives assigned deliveries upon start of shift
  • When interacting with clients, show genuine sincerity and appreciation
  • Present a professional appearance by adhering to Company Uniform and Grooming Standards
  • Perform at the highest level of Customer Service
  • Communicate effectively with each team member, property management, and residents/guests to proactively ensure a smooth operation and service experience.
  • Follow the property-specific system to receive and sign for resident packages to ensure efficient delivery to residents.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Accurately record time and attendance in the Company time record-keeping system
  • Adhere to all Company Polices as indicated in the Employee Handbook and Property-specific regulations
  • Knowledgeable of all emergency and safety procedures

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to follow a work schedule by being on time and dressed in the proper uniform

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
  • Effective communication skills and engaging positively with clients

At the time of this ad this position pays $17.95 per hour. In the past, it has paid $16.50-$17 per hour.
