This is a part-time position that pays $22.00 per hour. The schedule is either Sunday through Thursday 6am-10am or Tuesday through Saturday 4pm-8pm.
**MUST HAVE CURRENT LIFEGUARD AND CPR CERTIFICATIONS**

As an NFC Amenity Pool Attendant/Lifeguard, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area. You are the first person residents (and their guests) interact with when they arrive at the pool amenity. Our pool attendant's primary goal is to create an enjoyable and safe environment for guests.
Ultimately, your priority is to make our residents feel at home simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation while ensuring their safety.
Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring lifeguards who will follow the company's mission and brand standards.
- Supervise staff, coordinate team meetings/trainings, and manage staff schedules to ensure schedule coverage.
- The Lifeguard Supervisor will be required to work their shifts as a Lifeguard on the pool deck
- Create checklists to provide a well-serviced and clean facility. Be the main point of contact for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
- Complete thorough daily facility inspections and effectively communicate operational malfunctions promptly to building management.
- Stay abreast of industry standards, technology, and trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned that relate to the property's success.
- This position may require extended periods of time sitting, standing, and moving around.
- Follows all HR and Risk Management Company Policies.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Covers shifts for team members to ensure proper staffing requirements are maintained.
- Use the Company Approved Team Scheduler to ensure payroll budget compliance.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Must have current Lifeguard and CPR/AED certifications
- Current CPO certification may be required (certified pool operator)
- Experience in pool maintenance is a plus
- Professional background in customer service and hospitality management.
- Must have an outgoing personality.
- Must be hospitality-driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests.
- Must be able to coach and mentor team members.
- Must possess the ability to multitask.
- Must possess ability to work in a team environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and the Internet.
- Proven organizational skills that exemplify attention to detail from the beginning to the end of each project undertaken.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- Diplomatically handle delicate and challenging client concerns.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
