Job description

The growth and interest in concierge, lifestyle, fitness, and spa services, in addition to social programming and conveniences from the luxury apartment residents and condo/ homeowners, developers, and property management companies' demand for better amenity services in their buildings, has led to an explosive growth in our industry.

We are seeking a results-oriented, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. We are looking to add a Rockstar to our top-notch business development team. NFC is the leading and largest full-service amenity management company in the country!

Position Summary

Candidates should have a proven history of executive-level business-to-business sales success. Our New Business Development Director will contact developers, condo board members, regional, property, and project managers, and position NFC Amenity Management as the provider of choice within the market for concierge services, fitness, spa, and social programming. Business Development Directors will conduct a proactive sales effort through prospecting, sales calls, introductory emails, site visits, trade shows, and attending local and national industry meetings and events. We provide comprehensive training, support materials, and collateral for presentations.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience is required.
  • Experience in property management or real estate-related sales is a plus.
  • Industry experience in the following areas would also be helpful for a focused effort, although not a prerequisite:
  • Concierge, Front Desk Management in Class A Luxury High Rise Multi Family Buildings, Fitness sales/management, Property Management, Condo Board Liaison Experience, Real Estate Property Development Experience (marketing of a development/condo), or any High-end Related Service Sales.

Compensation:

  • This is a full-time position with a base salary of $75,000 per year.
  • Additionally, the plan includes bonuses and commissions that can total up to $200,000 per year.
  • NFC Amenity Management offers a comprehensive medical and dental benefits package, as well as paid time off.
  • This position requires frequent travel throughout the Midwest states.
