Job Summary
Our Supervisor works closely with the Property Management Team to maintain the assigned workspace and all other applicable areas, upholding our 5 Diamond Customer Service Standard while carrying out all workplace expectations.
Reports To: Area Director
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff, coordinate team meetings/training, and manage staff schedules to ensure schedule coverage.
- Oversee the operations of a luxury residential fitness and spa facility, and the programming that serves those residents.
- Complete thorough daily facility inspections and effectively communicate operation malfunctions promptly to building management.
- Promptly answer, record, and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns. Coordinate all facility reservations.
- Stay abreast of industry standards, technology, and trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned and which relate to the success of the property.
- This position will require long periods of sitting, standing, and moving around.
- Follows all HR and Risk Management Company Policies.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Covers shifts for team members to ensure proper staffing requirements are maintained.
- Use Company Approved Team Scheduler to ensure payroll budget compliance.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Professional background in customer service and hospitality management.
- Must have an outgoing personality.
- Must be hospitality-driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests.
- Must be able to coach and mentor team members.
- Must possess the ability to multi-task.
- Must possess the ability to work in a team environment.
- Must have a flexible schedule and experience in scheduling and staff management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and the Internet.
- Proven organizational skills that exemplify attention to detail from beginning to follow-up on each project undertaken.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- Diplomatically handle delicate and challenging client concerns.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Licensed Massage Therapist, Esthetician, or Nail Technician preferred but not required.
We are looking for a candidate who works well alone and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must! The pay is $45,000 per year. The shifts are expected to be Monday through Friday from 6am-2pm.
