**This is a commission-based, part-time position, not hourly. Commissions start at $70. We help advertise your services to the residents in the buildings and schedule the lessons. We charge for the lessons and pay you directly into your bank account.***
Must have current CPR PLUS WSI or BSI certifications to be hired for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Provide professional, safe, and effective swim instruction offering ongoing motivation and feedback to class participants.
• Provide specific emphasis on safety and proper execution of movements
• Assist the site manager in the marketing, promotion, and tracking of classes
• Provides to management, any feedback received from class participants
• Provides recommendations about industry trends, equipment recommendations, or ideas to enhance the swim program
• Follow all administrative procedures to track appointments and payroll
• Maintains current certifications.
• Abides to uniform and grooming standards
• Must report all appointments/sessions and swim revenue to site supervisor in the required timeframe and protocol
• Swim clients are clients of NFC Amenity Management
Minimum Requirements:
• A passion for teaching swim
• Strong customer service/sales orientation.
• Strong individual and team contributor.
• WSI or BSI swim certified
• AED/CPR certification
