Residential Lifestyle Director & Event Planner (Midtown)

The pay is $70,000 per year. This is a full-time position. Previous social event planning and hosting are required.

A typical day for our Lifestyle Directors…

As an NFC Amenity Lifestyle Director, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, creating epic lifestyle experiences to delight our residents and guests. Our Lifestyle Directors are energetic, fun, and dedicated to making life extraordinary for our communities.

Ultimately, your priority is to ensure that our residents and guests receive an exceptional, memorable experience from the moment they arrive at our amenities to the moment they leave.

Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement events, programs, classes, and special community-wide events
  • Set up and attend all planned events, ensuring smooth operation
  • Create and distribute newsletters and flyers to residents
  • Oversee the operations of amenity facilities, including: fitness center, pool, and exercise classes
  • Responsible for selling new memberships and renewing current memberships

We are looking for a candidate who works well alone and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are a must!

Prior experience in residential lifestyle properties and previous experience planning residential social events/programs/activities/newsletters are required.
